I love to cookCooking and eating are two of my favourite things, I love to cook for my guests and I hope you enjoy my food. I cook using seasonal and local ingredients and so my menus reflect that. There is no pretension in my cooking , I am not a chef, just a lover of food and quality in food...In cooler times we eat slow cooked 'daubs' and in the summer we tend to eat more salad. What we eat and what I offer depends on what is available at the market.
